Very good evening with Wildlife Speaker Brian Pettit last Wednesday , I’m sure everyone enjoyed Brian’s photographs and his humorous comments. He has been booked again for January 2013 , if you missed it this time make a note in your diary.

The Bournemouth Electric Photographic Section is a membership organisation run entirely by volunteers. The core operation and management of the club is carried out by a small group of Committee Members who strive to run the club as professionally and efficiently as is possible. To join the club you initially need to be accepted to join the Bournemouth Electric Club, joining the camera club is a another separate part of the club and there is also a joining fee. Non members can come along for £3.00

The Stour and Avon Photographic Association (SAPA)
The Stour and Avon Photographic Association represents some 20 photographic clubs and has been in existence for more than 40 years. SAPA as it is generally known was formed to give all the Photographic Organisations and Camera Clubs in the 'Wessex' area a focus and a form of communication.

Without Members, there would be no Bournemouth Electric Camera Club. We are proud to say that our membership covers many ages from 18 to 80+, male and female, professional and beginner photographers. We are incredibly grateful to those members many who go above and beyond, such as others who voluntarily give to the Club by holding talks, exhibitions or making the tea or coffee on a Wednesday Night . A big thank you to all of you.
Come and share our enthusiasm of still photography and hear our knowledgeable speakers on photographic subjects, participate in competitions for all abilities. Meetings are held at Bournemouth Electric Club every 2nd and 4th Wednesday each month. Please see our events program for additional meetings
